Why I love the Local: It’s my Favorite Coffee Place! I enjoy coming to The Local for my mid-day pick me up coffee and scone. I am always greeted with a friendly smile. The Local is a market with grab & go items, specialty drinks, gourmet prepared foods, a deli, bakery and catering venue. A quick stop before heading to the beach, leaving the beach for tonight’s dinner or just looking for a delicious treat. They offer an outside patio to sit and enjoy your coffee, lunch while you meet up with family and friends. Something For Everyone!
